I am recruiting several CARING and PASSIONATE Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, located in Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, supports adults aged 18-65. The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.
- Salary: £25,552.80 - £31,327.20 (Based on 6 sleep-in shifts a month)
- Hours: Full Time - 39 hours
- Contract: Permanent
- Shifts: Long Days with Sleeps as well as shorter shifts
- Location: Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for the following:
- Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
- Ensuring the safety of the service users.

- Varying levels of personal care.
