As a Homeless Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals facing homelessness and related challenges, helping them to rebuild their lives with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support hostel occupants in adhering to rules and regulations
- Provide emotional support to individuals experiencing homelessness or other vulnerabilities
- Explain and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures within the hostel
- Offer relevant information to visitors and residents
- Liaise with Housing Officers to meet client needs effectively
- Promote equality and diversity within the supported housing environment
- Maintain high standards of customer care and support
Requirements:
- Strong empathetic approach and value-based mindset
