Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of high-quality early years education in a nursery setting in Cardiff.
  • Work in partnership with the Class Teacher to create a nurturing, inclusive environment.
  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care and classroom activities.
  • Promote positive behaviour and support children's social and emotional development.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Contribute to planning and organising activities that stimulate learning and development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting in Cardiff.
  • Ability to provide personal care and support children's individual needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of early years curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
  • A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare is preferred.
