Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of high-quality early years education in a nursery setting in Cardiff.
- Work in partnership with the Class Teacher to create a nurturing, inclusive environment.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care and classroom activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and support children's social and emotional development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Contribute to planning and organising activities that stimulate learning and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting in Cardiff.
- Ability to provide personal care and support children's individual needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of early years curriculum and safeguarding procedures.
- Flexibility to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
- A relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare is preferred.
