Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager with daily operations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team

Requirements

  • Experience working in a children’s residential home
  • Confident in leading or supervising staff

  • Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards)
