We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a leading children’s residential home in Cannock. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential home
  • Lead and supervise staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Ensure compliance with all safeguarding policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience within children’s residential care, with a background in a senior or supervisory role
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (desirable) or willingness to work towards
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Strong leadership skills, safeguarding knowledge, and a child-focused approach
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs
