Job Description

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic Sports Coach to join a dedicated school team in Caerphilly.

The successful candidate will inspire pupils to develop a love for sport, physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles through engaging PE lessons and extracurricular activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and helping young people build confidence, resilience, and sporting skills in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions across a range of activities and age groups in Caerphilly.
  • Support the delivery of PE lessons within the school curriculum.
  • Organise and lead lunchtime and after-school sports clubs.
  • Promote participation, teamwork, and sportsmanship among pupils.
  • Assist with school competitions, tournaments, and sports events.
  • Ensure all sessions are safe, inclusive, and engaging.

Requirements
