We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us and be part of our expanding Permanent Recruitment Division. You will be working in sectors that remain extremely busy with a high demand for our services. The desk is warm, with great client and candidate relationships already in place, creating excellent earning potential.
As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be supplying recruitment services to health, social care and education settings across the Midlands. You will be recruiting Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Deputy Managers, Registered Managers, and Operational Managers for clients across the region.
Location: Caerphilly
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: 4-day working week!! You will work 4 days and be paid for 5 (you will get either a Wednesday or a Thursday off every week) 34-hour working week!
Salary: £26,500 - £38,000 depending on experience (basic salary)
Yearly OTE: Year 1: £35K-£50k | Year 2: £45k-£60k | Year 3: >£70k

About you:
- You must have a proven track record either within a phone-based sales environment or within agency recruitment.
- You will be hungry and ambitious to develop your career in recruitment.
- The best‑suited person will either be a Senior Recruiter or a Recruitment Consultant from another sector or someone with proven, extensive telephone‑based sales experience.

- Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant or proven telephone‑based sales experience
- Someone who does not want to earn just a basic salary
- Happy working in a fast‑paced, driven, targeted environment

Duties and requirements:
- Identifying and engaging with new and existing clients from within the Health & Social Care sector
- Visiting these settings to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them
- Attracting professionals who are matched to the job requirements and ethos
- Advertising on job boards, social media and our website
- Proactively sourcing candidates from referrals, our database and social media
- Interviewing Support Workers, Managers and other care professionals
