We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader / Senior Support Worker to join a reputable organisation operating within the residential care sector in the Preston area of Lancashire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team in an Ofsted-registered children's home, supporting young people aged 8 to 18 years with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and other associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential setting, ensuring the delivery of personalised care and education programmes.
- Supervise staff teams, promote safeguarding best practices, and work closely with education and clinical staff to provide a multidisciplinary approach.
