Operations Manager - Children's Residential - Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK

Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE + up to £6,000 bonuses + company car

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of two children’s residential homes in Bradford
  • Ensure all homes meet OFSTED guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Lead on safeguarding concerns and promote a culture of safety and quality care
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet organisational goals
  • Line manage and support Registered Managers across the homes
  • Maintain Responsible Individual registration and compliance
  • Lead on staff development, training, and performance management

Requirements

  • Level 5 qualification in leadership and management
  • Proven operations management experience within children’s residential care
  • Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding procedures

  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
