Are you a CARING and DRIVEN Support Worker looking for a new exciting opportunity where you can make a difference? Are you looking to help in an organisation that will support you, as well as help you progress and achieve positive results?
To primarily work in the residential area providing guidance, support and encouragement to young people in a variety of settings including classroom, education and off site activities. The job involves enabling our young people to develop by providing physical and emotional support. The role is about working as part of a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that puts the health, safety and welfare of young people first.
Salary: £26,000 - £29,500
Location: Blandford Forum, Dorset
Hours: 40
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist young people in developing life skills, qualifications, and confidence.
- Provide a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes individual growth.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care plans.
