Key Responsibilities
- Support classroom activities and tailored educational programmes for pupils with autism and complex needs
- Assist teachers in managing pupil behaviour and promoting positive interactions
- Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model
- Respond to individual needs and adapt practice to support diverse learning requirements
- Contribute to creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all students
Requirements

- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with pupils and team members
- Excellent organisational skills to support educational activities and classroom management
