Salary: £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic care and support to residents with autism and complex needs
- Observe, monitor, and record residents’ conditions accurately
- Assist individuals through their care pathway to promote independence
- Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty
- Work collaboratively with a team of multi‑professionals to deliver personalised care
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care setting
- Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to pay for practical training (PBM, Manual Handling, Buccal) if not already completed
- Willingness to complete online training (at no cost)
