Key Responsibilities As a Registered Home Manager based in Bargoed, your daily duties will include: * Leading, coaching, and developing a staff team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities * Ensuring robust safeguarding practice, effective governance, and strong regulatory compliance in line with CIW standards and relevant legislation * Supporting day-to-day operations in your role as a Registered Home Manager to ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance * Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, audits, and quality assurance activity to drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes * Managing recruitment, supervision, appraisals, performance management, rotas, and on-call responsibilities to maintain safe staffing and service delivery Requirements & Qualifications To be successful as a Registered Home Manager, you will need: * Proven management experience within a learning disability residential setting * Proven experience working as a Registered Home Manager or in a similar residential care setting with leadership responsibilities * Strong practical knowledge of safeguarding, medication management, quality standards, and regulatory compliance (including CIW expectations) * Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to complete) and proof of the right to work in the UK Benefits & Work Environment * £35,401 per annum, tailored to experienced Registered Home Manager candidates * Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with training and development to support your leadership journey If you are a qualified Registered Home Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in Bargoed, apply today!
