We\’re seeking a dedicated Assistant Team Manager to join our client\’s vibrant Mental Health Team. This leadership role offers a chance to make a real impact on the lives of residents and their families.
What you\’ll do:

• Lead the Duty Team: Manage referrals, inquiries, and day-to-day operations.
• Support & Empower: Provide guidance and supervision to your team.
• Safeguarding Champion: Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Care Planning Expert: Oversee Care Act assessments, S42 inquiries, and support plans.
• Decision-Making: Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.

Who you are:

• Registered Social Worker: Hold a Social Work degree and be registered with Social Work England.
• Strength-Based Approach: Passionate about empowering individuals.
• Excellent Communicator: Fluent English is essential.
• Team Player: Collaborative and supportive.
