As a Trainee Marketing Assistant, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your primary focus will be driving sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that attract, engage, and convert customers. Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales-Driven Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads, nurturing prospects, and increasing sales.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyse customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform campaign strategies and identify sales growth opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Help identify potential leads through digital marketing channels, social media, and outbound efforts, and assist in converting them into qualified sales prospects.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
