As a Trainee Marketing Assistant, you'll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your primary focus will be driving sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales-Driven Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads, nurturing prospects, and increasing sales.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyse customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform campaign strategies and identify sales growth opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Help identify potential leads through digital marketing channels, social media, and outbound efforts, and assist in converting them into qualified sales prospects.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop Competitive Strategies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor tactics, and emerging marketing techniques to keep our marketing strategies fresh, effective, and ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Participate in regular sales meetings to provide marketing insights and contribute to team discussions on improving sales processes and results.
