Your Role

• Take part in planning and delivering engaging marketing and sales campaigns
• Learn how to lead, motivate, and develop a small team
• Represent major brands through face-to-face marketing and events
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Contribute new ideas to improve campaigns and boost results
• Attend regular leadership and skills workshops to fast-track your development

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (any discipline) with an interest in marketing, communication, or business management
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to take on new challenges
• Adaptable, organised, and open to learning in a fast-paced environment
• A natural leader with a positive, proactive attitude
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or events is a bonus — not essential
