Trainee Management Graduate | Leadership and Business Development Pathway

Glasgow City Centre | Full-Time | On-Site | Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000 base (negotiable) with Year 1 OTE of £45,000

About the Opportunity

This position is structured to provide hands-on exposure to key areas of business, including team leadership, campaign delivery, and strategic growth. From your first week, you will work alongside experienced managers, gaining insight into decision-making, performance management, and operational planning.

You will not be observing from the sidelines. You will be involved in meaningful work that contributes to real outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing business development initiatives and live campaigns

• Learn how to manage and motivate teams through direct collaboration with leadership

• Monitor individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement

• Support expansion activity, including new market launches

• Build professional relationships through internal training and external networking opportunities
