About the Role
We’re looking for a talented UK Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role within the UK Marketing team, where you’ll be responsible for delivering impactful campaigns and ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the veterinary industry. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll drive the execution of the UK marketing strategy, working closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life across in-practice activity, print, digital and events. Data is key to everything we do at VetPlus, so having a strong understanding and ability to interpret sales trends and develop actionable insights is a core requirement of the role. The role is heavily offline-focussed, with travel to our clients (vet practices) across the UK required on a bi-weekly basis. As a result, we need a great people-person who can clearly communicate their ideas and is experienced in offline marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the development and implementation of the UK marketing plan
- Conducting quarterly competitor analysis
- Providing monthly market updates
- Understanding sales trends and developing actionable insights
- Acting as the main point of contact for UK marketing enquiries
- Supporting the planning and execution of UK exhibitions and conferences
- Coordinating meetings, events, and logistics for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining up-to-date marketing documentation and ensuring compliance with SOPs
- Contributing to the annual business planning process
- Visiting VetPlus clients across the UK, with circa 8 days per month to be spent in field
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A data-driven marketeer who is confident in analysing data and trends
- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation abilities
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with a flair for creativity and innovation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other key marketing tools
- Passionate about companion animals (a bonus!)
You’ll also need:
- Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role
- A full UK driving licence
- A strong understanding of the UK veterinary market (or a willingness to learn)

Pay and Conditions:
Monday – Friday 8-5, fully on‑site
22 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 2 calendar years’ service)
