We are looking for a talented and creative mid-level Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who combines strong visual design skills with experience in animation and emerging AI-powered creative technologies.
You will play a key role in bringing the Vet Partners brand to life through engaging and impactful creative content that supports our practices and central support teams.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual communications across a broad range of channels, including published and digital marketing, internal communications, events and presentations.
Working closely with colleagues across Practice teams, Marketing, Operations, the People Team, Learning & Development, and Operations, you will develop creative assets that engage diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency and high creative standards.
You will also help drive innovation within the design team by incorporating AI-powered design tools and animation techniques to improve efficiency, creativity, and content effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging creative assets for digital, web, print, events, and internal communications.
- Create a range of assets to support marketing campaigns, business initiatives and communications.
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with Vet Partners' brand values and objectives.
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to final execution.
- Use AI-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, content creation, image generation and workflow efficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand project requirements and translate briefs into effective creative solutions.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across multiple channels and audiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, creative technologies, AI developments, and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Demonstrated experience and achievements built a commercial graphic design, creative design, or multimedia design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across branding, digital design, campaign development, and visual storytelling.

- Experience creating motion graphics, animation, and content for digital channels.

- Experience designing for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
