We’re looking for a Dayforce Analyst to join our growing HR systems team, helping us deliver a reliable, user-friendly experience across our Dayforce platform.

The Role In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our Dayforce system, focusing on Core HR and Talent modules (no payroll). You’ll support colleagues across the business through BAU support, ticket resolution, and system improvements, helping to create a positive and efficient experience for our teams. You’ll work closely with the People Team and wider stakeholders to ensure our system continues to meet the evolving needs of our organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as a point of contact for Dayforce queries
  • Manage and resolve support tickets
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
  • Support BAU (Business as Usual) operations across Core HR and Talent
  • Maintain data accuracy and system audits
  • Assist with configuration updates
  • Support Talent modules (performance, onboarding)
  • Maintain Core HR structures and employee data

What We’re Looking For: Experience with Ceridian Dayforce (Core & Talent), BAU/ticketing environments, strong HR systems understanding, problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements: Fluent English required. Must also speak, read and write one of the following: Italian, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, or Portuguese.
