The predicted salary is between 9.9 - 12.1 £ per hour.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work across our Maple branches in Penketh and Grappenhall, Warrington. The role will be focused on client care and assisting the Veterinary Surgeon or RVN with duties including restraint of patients, inpatient care and laboratory tests. They will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness, all reception duties, insurance forms, weekly debtors lists, amongst other tasks. The right candidate will be responsible for opening and closing of the branch and communicating with the teams at our main hospital. Weekend shifts will be covered at our Main Hospital in St Helens.
This is a branch surgery position that has a varied caseload and benefits from the support of the main hospital in St Helens.
Hours
- Monday – 10:30am-6:30pm
- Tuesday – 10:30am-6:30pm
- Friday – alternate 8:30am-4:30pm or 10:30am-6:30pm
- Weekends will be 2 full weekends in 4 (Saturday and Sunday, covering shifts 7am-3pm, 8:30am-4:30pm or 10:30am-6:30pm) based at our 24-hour hospital in St Helens
- Bank holidays will be on a rota basis, minimum of 1 per year, based at our main hospital in St Helens
- Cover at other surgeries may be required but is not routine.
Candidate
The right candidate will have a passion for delivering high standards of care to our clients and their pets. Must have a full drivers licence and be able to work as part of both a large and small team.
