Here at Parker and Crowther, we have dedicated over 30 years to provide the best possible veterinary care and advice to pet owners. We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our supportive and friendly team, to provide excellent first opinion care and continuity to our lovely patients. Our Vet team includes several experienced Vets and two certificate holders (ophthalmology & surgery) who are always happy to help. We are proud to be an RCVS accredited nursing training practice, with an experienced nurse team. We strive to provide outstanding care to every pet we see and promote a caring environment – we care about the future of our industry.
Our four branches are close to the beautiful Sefton coastline and North Liverpool. We offer a 4-day working week, with no on call and a Saturday morning rota. We have fantastic facilities and equipment.
The role:
- Full-time, permanent position (Part-time considered)
- 4 day week 8 am to 6.30pm
- Rota to work currently 1:4 2:5 Saturday mornings (8:30AM – 12Noon)
- No OOH or Bank Holidays.
About you:
We are keen to recruit an enthusiastic vet who has a sound grounding in being a first opinion vet and is happy to share their knowledge with the team. You will want to take this opportunity to build a client base at our busy Formby or Birkdale practice. Therefore, you will be confident to work in tandem with another vet and sole charge. Being an OV would be advantageous but not essential.
