Coastway Vets, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our fantastic team. At Coastway, we've been caring for local pets and their owners for over 45 years, building a reputation for outstanding veterinary care and strong community relationships. We're proud to be part of a group of 6 RCVS-accredited practices across East and West Sussex, supported by our purpose-built hospital in Brighton, which provides emergency and out-of-hours care for both our own patients and those from surrounding practices.
The Role: This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great work-life balance and the opportunity to utilise the full breadth of your nursing skills. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to join the Shoreham team, ideally a nurse who has previous experience supporting colleagues and is keen to maintain our high clinical standards within our well-established team.
- Your working pattern:
- 4-day working week
- Shifts of 8:00am–6:00pm or 9:00am–7:00pm
- A mix of theatre, prep and nurse consulting duties
- 1 in 8 weekends at our Brighton hospital (with Monday off in lieu)
- 1 in 14 weeks on the second on-call rota
- A varied and interesting caseload that allows nurses to be fully involved in patient care
Salary - £32,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
