The Role

  • Nurse consults and patient admissions/discharges
  • Anaesthesia monitoring and surgical nursing
  • In‑patient care and recovery

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered)
  • Confident with sole charge, nurse clinics and tricky anaesthetic
  • Good communication skills and a commitment to high clinical standards

Hours and Rota

Fixed term contract up to February 2027. Full‑time position (40 hours per week) split over 4 days – 8.30am to 7pm with 1 hour unpaid for lunch. 1:4 weekends based at our hospital.

Salary – £35,000 per annum

Our Vale Branch

A close‑knit team of 1 Vet, 1 Nurse and a Receptionist, we pride ourselves on continuity and connection. We're busy with consults and typically carry out 1‑2 operations per day, offering a varied and rewarding caseload in a friendly environment.

Farnham is a historic market town that nestles in the Surrey hills, and our Vale branch is just 6 miles away in the picturesque village of Ash. We are surrounded by beautiful nature attractions and historic sites, not to mention the terrific Tilford Brewery.
