The Role
- Nurse consults and patient admissions/discharges
- Anaesthesia monitoring and surgical nursing
- In‑patient care and recovery
What We're Looking For
- A qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered)
- Confident with sole charge, nurse clinics and tricky anaesthetic
- Good communication skills and a commitment to high clinical standards
Hours and Rota
Fixed term contract up to February 2027. Full‑time position (40 hours per week) split over 4 days – 8.30am to 7pm with 1 hour unpaid for lunch. 1:4 weekends based at our hospital.
Salary – £35,000 per annum

Our Vale Branch
A close‑knit team of 1 Vet, 1 Nurse and a Receptionist, we pride ourselves on continuity and connection. We're busy with consults and typically carry out 1‑2 operations per day, offering a varied and rewarding caseload in a friendly environment.

Farnham is a historic market town that nestles in the Surrey hills, and our Vale branch is just 6 miles away in the picturesque village of Ash. We are surrounded by beautiful nature attractions and historic sites, not to mention the terrific Tilford Brewery. Being just over an hour away from London, there is also plenty of opportunity to visit the bustling UK capital in your free time, as well as providing a hub of transport with major train stations and airports.
