We are seeking an exceptional Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, supportive team at The Laurels, Runcorn β€” a leadership role where your experience and ideas truly matter. You will work alongside our Clinical Director to shape the practice's future, mentor the next generation of vets, and thrive in a team that truly values its people.

What you will be doing:

  • Mentoring and training newly and recently qualified vets, helping them build skills, confidence and clinical judgement.
  • Providing high-quality, compassionate clinical care across a wide range of cases, maintaining and promoting excellent client care and communication.
  • Helping create a supportive, respectful and collaborative working environment where everyone feels valued and able to thrive.

The role:

  • Full-time (4-day working week – because work-life balance matters).
  • Participation in the weekend and bank holiday rota.
  • Sundays & Bank Holidays based at our sister practice, Beech House Veterinary Hospital in Warrington, giving access to ECC case load.
