Tay Valley Vets is an established, purpose-built, RCVS-accredited small animal practice with a reputation for excellent patient care and a genuinely positive working environment.

- Multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring
- Full in-house laboratory (bloods, urinalysis and cytology)

- Enthusiastic Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon ready for a senior leadership role

You will oversee clinical standards, support colleagues, and help guide the practice's future while maintaining hands-on involvement in day-to-day veterinary work.
Working Pattern
- 1:5 OOH rota, with a day off after a weeknight on-call
- A long weekend following a weekend on-call
- Average of 29 hours per week on day shifts after TOIL
- Nurses onsite 24/7 for emergency support, triage and inpatient care
- Well-managed diary structure
- 15-minute standard appointments
- Longer appointments for complex cases
- Dedicated catch-up time daily
- Protected emergency slots
