About us: Here at Braid Vets, we are looking for a new member to join our growing RVN team as a twilight nurse. Based in the beautiful city of Edinburgh, consisting of three branches including a well-respected hospital. Our main hospital has built up a reputation for quality veterinary care, particularly in the fields of surgery, dentistry, internal medicine and behavioural problems. Braid Vets is one of a small number of Vet Nurse Training Practices (TP’s) in Scotland. You will be joining an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly skilled RVN team who are encouraged to work to their full potential. Our hospital also boasts a dedicated emergency clinic “e-vets” which provides emergency care for the clients of ten local practices, including our own, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. So, a great opportunity to see a varied and exciting caseload!
Role:
- 24.5 hrs per week with a mix of day into later evening, we are flexible with hours. A typical shift may be 5PM – 11PM, for example.
- Mix of first opinion, hospital and emergency work.
- Hourly rate of up to £16 per hour depending on experience.

Edinburgh is a very well-connected city with an airport and great transport links. There’s always something to do from the famous Fringe Festival in the summer, to the magical Christmas market in the winter. There really is something for everyone!
