Dayforce Support Analyst
Remote working (Europe) Β· HR Β· Full time Β· Permanent
About Us
At VetPartners, we're committed to supporting our practices, people, and communities to thrive. Our teams are at the heart of everything we do, and the systems that support them are just as important.
We're rolling out Dayforce across our European business and are building a regional support model: a central HR Systems team in the UK, supported by regional cluster teams closer to our people. We're looking for a Dayforce Support Analyst to join one of these regional teams.
The Role
You'll ensure the smooth running of our Dayforce system for a cluster of European countries, focusing on Core HR and Talent modules (no payroll). As part of a regional support team, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues in your cluster β resolving tickets, troubleshooting issues, and driving system improvements β while working closely with our central HR Systems team in the UK on escalations, configuration changes, and releases.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as first-line point of contact for Dayforce queries from colleagues in your country cluster, in their own language
- Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs; escalate complex issues to the central UK team
- Support BAU operations across Core HR and Talent (performance, onboarding)
- Maintain Core HR structures, org units, and employee data; run regular data-accuracy audits
- Assist with configuration updates, testing, and Dayforce release management
- Help localise processes, templates, and knowledge articles for the countries you support
- Contribute to training and adoption activities during and after the Dayforce rollout
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 2- 3+ years' hands-on experience supporting or administering Dayforce (or a comparable HRIS such as Workday or SuccessFactors, with willingness to certify in Dayforce)
- Experience working in a BAU support environment with a ticketing system (e.g. Fresh, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk), including prioritization and SLA management
- Experience supporting HR systems or HR processes across more than one European country β familiarity with country-specific data requirements and GDPR-compliant data handling
- Experience supporting a system rollout, migration, or go-live is a strong plus
Dayforce Skills
- Core HR: employee records, org and position structures, work assignments, role-based security
- Talent: performance management and onboarding module configuration and support
- Configuration: workflows, custom fields, forms, and notifications
- Reporting and data: building reports, running audits, and managing data imports/corrections
- Dayforce release cycle awareness: testing and validating new features before deployment
- Dayforce certification (or willingness to obtain one within the first 6 months)
Language Skills
You'll support a cluster of countries, so your languages must cover the region you serve:
- **Fluent English** (written and spoken) β our common working language with the central UK team β is required for all candidates.
- **Plus fluency in at least one language of your cluster**, e.g. Dutch and/or German for our Northern/Central Europe cluster, or Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian for our Southern Europe cluster. A second cluster language is a strong advantage.
- You must be comfortable providing written and spoken support (tickets, calls, documentation) in your local language(s).
Personal Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to diagnose issues independently before escalating
- Clear communicator, comfortable explaining system behavior to non-technical colleagues
- Organized and self-directed β you'll work remotely as part of a distributed team
