Hale Veterinary Group is an RCVS accredited practice in North Wiltshire with branches across Calne, Corsham, Melksham and our central Tier 3 Hospital in Chippenham. Located close to the M4 and just a short walk from the train station, we're ideally placed for easy commuting and access to the Cotswolds, Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and even London (1 hour by train).

The Role:

  • Salary - up to £75,000
  • Full-time 38-hour week (4-day week Monday to Friday plus 2 hours a week average for weekend rota).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional clinical care with significant depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience across general or referral practice.
  • Provide professional support to the Clinical Director and deputise when required.
  • Model and promote excellent clinical leadership behaviours across the team.
  • Work in line with Vetpartners and Hale values, ensuring communication, case management, and care delivery which consistently meets customer and clinical service objectives.
  • Manage your own time and workload effectively.
  • Confidently handle client complaints at first instance with professionalism and empathy.
