We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly practice. We have an experienced team and a great working environment. This opportunity is great for starting your career as an RVN, or for an experienced RVN looking to work in a friendly, well organised environment where further study and clinical progression is encouraged.

Our team consists of 3 Veterinary Surgeons and 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses with typically two vets performing procedures during the day as well as consultations and a consult only vet. We run a daily column of nurse consultations covering routine health checks for our pet health club, as well as second vaccinations, post operative check-ups and weight clinics. We have two operating theatres, tub table, multiparameter monitors and doppler.

We hold regular clinical and branch meetings and encourage good protocols and strive for the best clinical standards whilst delivering personable and friendly care to our clients.

The role would be 37.5 hours per week worked over 5 days Monday to Friday. This role would be located at our Bury St Edmunds branch. You will be expected to work one Saturday morning in every 12-week period at the Bury St Edmunds Surgery for time off in lieu. Then one Saturday morning in every 12-week period at the Thetford Surgery which would be paid at an enhanced rate.
