We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Veterinary Surgeon to join our fantastic team! Located just minutes from the seafront in Penzance, we are a well‑equipped small animal practice with no out‑of‑hours. Our current team comprises of 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN and a dedicated reception/admin team. Treating our patients as if they were our own has earned us a very committed and pro‑active client base who enjoy 15‑minute consultations. Good diary management allows us the time to work up our cases to an extremely high level. We are proud to be passionate about the environment and were the first veterinary practice to be awarded “plastic‑free” status by Surface Against Sewage. We are also RCVS PSS accredited at GP level. The team are very supportive and enjoy meeting outside of work for socials or a swim in the sea!

The Role:

  • Salary £30,000 - £45,000 per year
  • 20‑30 hours per week plus a share of Saturday mornings rota (hours are negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Varied role including consulting and surgery
  • No OOH
