The Role
This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a great work‑life balance and the opportunity to utilise the full breadth of your nursing skills. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to join the Shoreham team, ideally a nurse who has previous experience supporting colleagues and is keen to maintain our high clinical standards within our well‑established team.
- 4-day working week
- Shifts of 8:00 am–6:00 pm or 9:00 am–7:00 pm
- A mix of theatre, prep and nurse consulting duties
- 1 in 8 weekends at our Brighton hospital (with Monday off in lieu)
- 1 in 14 weeks on the second on-call rota
- A varied and interesting caseload that allows nurses to be fully involved in patient care
