At Tay Valley Veterinary Centre we are proud to cover our own out of hours with our patients receiving 24-hour on-site nursing care. Due to an increasing case load, we are now looking for another Night Nurse to join our experienced team.
The Role:
- We are looking for a dedicated RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse
- Salary is up to £33,000 depending on experience
- Full-time 3 weekly rolling rota – focused on ensuring an optimal work-life balance
- 1 week of nights with 2 weeks off (with possibility of inclusion of the weekend day rotation)
- Shifts – 18.00hrs – 07.30hrs, with significant handover time spent with the day shift team
- 2-week initial induction will be given during hours of 8.30 – 16.30 to ensure you are settled into the team and the role required
- There may be room for flexibility if required for the right candidate.
- The role would include a diverse range of nursing duties focusing on inpatient care and emergency cases.
- Ideally, the candidate would be experienced in lone nursing and in emergency work.
- Applicants with less experience are welcomed to apply as ongoing support can be given to the right candidate.
