We are a Small Animal Practice based in County Durham, seeking a Team Leader Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our 24/7 dedicated team. We can offer flexible working hours, an interesting and varied case load and a high level of patient care. With three branches, we have all the equipment to keep you interested and keep most of our work in house.

The Role

The successful candidate, who alongside our other RVN Team Leaders, will be helping and overseeing the nursing team (consisting of a total of 32 RVNs, SVNs and VCAs) under the support and supervision of the Head RVN. We are looking for a motivated and driven candidate, who will assist the Head RVN in achieving further clinical excellence, and be passionate about improving client and patient experience. We want someone who embraces change and works to a high clinical standard. We offer a strong and supportive team, who thrives on knowledge and improvement.
