Join to apply for the HRBP – Advisor Team Leader – 12‑Month FTC – Full Time role at VetPartners Limited. We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a passion for leading and developing a team to lead our Team of HR Advisors on a 12‑month Fixed Term basis, with potential for Full Time.

Reporting to the Operational HR Manager and based at our York Central Support office on a hybrid basis, you will play a key role in providing effective HR support to our practices, coaching and developing our People Team HR Advisors, ensuring a fair and consistent approach across the team.

As the first point of contact for day‑to‑day management support for the HR advisor team, you will develop and coach them in providing a professional first point of contact for operational HR queries, liaise with our HRBPs to ensure accurate support, manage Employee Relations matters, and support monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies to ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with current legislation.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experienced in providing first line advice and support to managers on Employee Relations issues, with strong relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR administration.
  • A collaborative team member, able to work closely within your own team and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hold CIPD qualification L5/L7.
  • Experience in practical application of employment legislation.

Practically, the role is offered on a 12 Month, Full Time or Part Time (Hours negotiable), Fixed Term basis.
