Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer
We are looking for a talented and creative Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer to join our in‑house Marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who combines strong visual design skills with experience in animation and emerging AI‑powered creative technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging creative assets for digital, web, print, events and internal communications.
- Create a range of assets to support marketing campaigns, business initiatives and communications.
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with Vet Partners' brand values and objectives.
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to final execution.
- Use AI‑powered creative tools to enhance ideation, content creation, image generation and workflow efficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand project requirements and translate briefs into effective creative solutions.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across multiple channels and audiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, creative technologies, AI developments, and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience – Essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a graphic design, creative design, or multimedia design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across branding, digital design, campaign development, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animation, and content for digital channels.
- Practical experience using AI‑powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Chat GPT, Runway, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, branding, and user engagement.
- Experience designing for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Skills & Experience – Desirable
- Experience working within an in‑house marketing team.
- Knowledge of Figma and digital user experience principles.
- Experience supporting employer branding and marketing campaigns.
- Interest in emerging technologies and AI‑driven content creation.
