No two days are the same — you’ll enjoy a varied caseload with a mix of consulting and operating.

The Role

This is a general practice role suited to a capable all-rounder who enjoys variety. You’ll be:

  • Seeing a wide range of GP cases
  • Comfortable with routine consultations and surgery
  • Occasionally working in sole charge (with support always available from our other branch)
  • Working closely with a collaborative, experienced team

Salary up to £60,000 FTE depending on experience

Work-Life Balance

We know how important balance is, and we’re proud to offer:

  • Approx. 30 hours per week (part-time)
  • We try to be as flexible as possible and are happy to discuss what works for you around commitments
  • Standard day: 9am – 6:30/7pm, with one earlier finish each week
  • No out of hours or on-call
  • Shared weekend rota: max 1 in 5 Saturday & Sunday mornings (clients only)

Great Dunmow offers excellent transport links, including easy access to the A120, nearby M11, and London Stansted Airport just 6 minutes’ drive away, allowing our vets to maximise downtime thanks to quick, convenient travel options.
