We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly nursing team of 12 RVNs and 2 SVNs at Damory Veterinary Clinic based in the beautiful Dorset countryside. We’re an RCVS accredited practice established for nearly a century, providing a supportive, professional environment with fully equipped premises allowing you to provide the best standards of care. We’re also proud to have Cat Friendly Clinic (Silver) & Dog Friendly Clinic accreditation.

The Role

  • Full-time Monday to Friday
  • Night shifts and weekends on a shared rota – 2 weeknights and 2 split weekends in an 11-week rota with TOIL incorporated
  • Salary up to £32,000 dependent on experience
  • This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high standards of patient care and wants to fully utilise their skills across all clinical areas.
  • We provide our own OOH service with a nurse on-site & vet on call.
  • This ensures high standards of care for our patients whilst giving you the opportunity to use your skills and initiative on emergency cases.
  • Whether you're experienced and fancy a change or newly qualified, we offer a supportive team and opportunities to grow.

  • No reception duties – allowing our nurses to focus solely on hands‑on nursing
