Salary up to £85,000 DOE plus £3,000 welcome bonus and £3,000 relocation support. Castle Vets NI, based at the foot of the Mourne Mountains, is seeking a Director of Practice and Clinical Services to join its large, respected mixed practice team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who wants to combine hands-on clinical work with the chance to lead, influence and support a well-established practice.
You’ll spend around 80% of your time in practice, enjoying a varied caseload across consultations and surgery, while also mentoring colleagues, supporting new graduates and helping to shape a strong, collaborative clinical culture across two busy sites. The practice is well equipped with digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound and multiparameter monitoring, all within a friendly and supportive team environment.
This full-time role (40 hours over 4 or 5 days) includes a 1 in 3 Saturday rota, with no out-of-hours or on-call commitments. Part-time applications are also welcomed.
You will be an RCVS-registered vet with strong clinical experience and a passion for leadership, development and high standards of care. Mixed practice experience is desirable.
