You will lead the nursing team on a day-to-day basis while remaining hands-on clinically, working with the Deputy Head Nurse and alternating shifts to ensure senior nursing support.
You must be an RVN with previous Head Nurse experience and a genuine interest in leadership, patient care, and team development.
