Do you have managerial experience in the veterinary world or are you an HRVN or practice manager looking to increase your skillset in this area? While a clinical background is an advantage it’s not a necessity for this fantastic opportunity to join a large, fiercely independent group in the London region. Knowledge of the veterinary world is essential. You must have worked in the industry to apply! The right candidate will be confident organising staff rota’s, surgery meetings, holiday approvals, appraisals, diary management, debt management, purchasing authorisation. The right candidate will also jump at the chance to organise the day to day operational running of the surgeries. This will include FaceBook compliance, clinical complaints, service complaints, recruitment of support teams and HR support with the clients skilled HR Team. The role involves looking after three key practices in London, one of which is a flagship 24 hour hospital. This rare opportunity pays up to £48,000 with a string of benefits including healthcare and dental plan, unlimited online CPD subscription, employee support programme, Perkbox, cycle to work offer and fantastic company events.
