  • Dedicated twilight RVN for triage until 10:30 pm, followed by an on-call RVN.

  • Strong encouragement for CPD with funding for certificates, Masters, or PGDip for long-term candidates.

  • Additional 1-week pro-rata paid CPD time and payment of RCVS, VDS, BVA, and one other professional membership fee.

New Graduates:

  • New graduates can join the Graduate Development Programme.

  • Comprehensive backup OOH support with an experienced vet during night shifts.

  • 24/7 informal support and access to directors for guidance.

Holiday:

  • 5.6 pro-rata weeks of paid holiday annually, including public holidays, with an additional allowance for long service.
