The Vet Office is recruiting on behalf of a well-established small animal practice in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, which is seeking a passionate, driven and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Vet who wants to influence clinical standards, mentor colleagues and play a key role in shaping the future direction of a growing practice.

The practice is well equipped and supported by a wider hospital network, offering access to advanced diagnostics and referral-level facilities. On site, the practice provides:

  • Digital X-ray and dental X-ray
  • In-house blood analysers
  • Ultrasound services

In addition, there is access to a nearby 24-hour hospital, offering:

  • Multi-parameter monitoring
  • CT scanner
  • Endoscopy and laparoscopy equipment

The practice is also actively working towards ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic accreditation, reflecting its commitment to high clinical and welfare standards.

As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a central role in:
