The Vet Office is recruiting on behalf of a friendly, multi-vet small animal practice in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, which is looking for an inspiring Lead Veterinary Surgeon to support, guide and develop its dedicated clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced vet ready to take the next step into leadership within a supportive and well-equipped environment.
The Practice
The practice has a loyal client base and offers a varied caseload with scope for a medical bias, supported by modern facilities including:
- Digital X-ray
- Ultrasound with Doppler and cardiology software
- Endoscopy
- Full dental suite including dental X-ray
You will be working within a close-knit and collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality patient care and continuity for clients.
The Role
- Full-time role working 4 days per week
- 1 in 6 Saturdays at a nearby sister practice
- No on-call duties
- Flexible rota designed to support a healthy work–life balance
This role provides real scope to influence clinical standards, mentor colleagues and help shape the future direction of the practice.
