This is an excellent opportunity for a senior vet who is passionate about clinical excellence and ready to lead, inspire and develop a dedicated team. The Role The Head Vet will play a key role within the surgerys management team, leading the continuous improvement of clinical standards and services. The successful candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with confident leadership skills, driving high standards of evidence-based medicine while coaching and mentoring colleagues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is motivated to deliver against a clear strategic vision, ensuring outstanding patient care and a positive working culture. Working pattern: 4 days per week 1 in 4 weekends No out-of-hours On-call responsibility for any overnight inpatients The Practice The practice is purpose-built, modern and fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technology. The team includes vets with a broad range of clinical interests, with several working towards certificates to further enhance services and expertise.
