Are you an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon looking for a practice where you can truly make an impact? We are recruiting three experienced Veterinary Surgeons on behalf of a modern, purpose-built small animal practice in Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity to join a clinic that is rebuilding with an ambitious vision, an outstanding nursing team, and excellent clinical support.

The Team
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative environment including:
- Experienced permanent GP Veterinary Surgeon.
- Highly experienced Head Nurse leading a skilled nursing team.
- Four experienced RVNs with interests including:
- Orthopaedics
- Complex soft tissue surgery
- Schedule 3 procedures
- Dental procedures
- Nurse clinics
- Diagnostic imaging
- Stable Client Care team.
- Clinical support from neighbouring experienced vets with interests in:
- Surgery
- Ophthalmology
- Diagnostic Imaging
- Internal Medicine
- Visiting Cardiologist providing specialist support.
The practice is looking to build a long-term veterinary team with professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
The Role
The practice is seeking 3 Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons.
Requirements
- MRCVS registered (or eligible).
- Minimum 3 years' postgraduate experience.
- Strong GP skills.
- Interest or confidence in a clinical discipline such as:
- Surgery
- Internal Medicine
- Imaging
- Ophthalmology
- Dentistry
- Emergency & Critical Care
- Or another clinical area.
This role would also suit ambitious vets looking to develop further within a supportive environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary from £60,000+ (uncapped depending on experience)
- Salary reviewed twice per year
