Brand-new clinic – build it from day one. We're looking for a Head RVN to lead and shape the nursing team in a newly opened veterinary practice. This isn't about maintaining — it's about creating, leading, and making an impact.
The Role
- You'll lead the nursing function and ensure high clinical and operational standards across the practice.
- Lead, support and develop the nursing team.
- Oversee inpatient care, theatre and nurse clinics.
- Drive full utilisation of nursing skills (Schedule 3).
- Support student nurses and clinical training.
- Help shape team culture from the ground up.
Working Hours
- 4 days/week (9h shifts).
- 1 in 4 weekends ~39 hours/week.
- Flexible rota accommodation for night duties.
Salary
From £34,000 DOE.
