The Vet Office is working with a well-established, modern veterinary practice in Doncaster that is looking to recruit an experienced Deputy Head Nurse to join their growing nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive veterinary nurse who enjoys supporting and developing others, while remaining hands-on in clinical practice.
The Role
The Deputy Head Nurse will work closely with the Head Nurse to support the smooth running of the practice, helping to drive clinical standards, efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement across the nursing team. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a busy and varied clinical environment. This role is ideal for a nurse looking to take the next step in their leadership journey while continuing to develop clinically.
