The Vet Office is recruiting a Veterinary Surgeon with strong GP skills for a modern, well-equipped small animal practice in Bristol .

This role is ideal for a confident clinician who enjoys a balanced caseload , high clinical standards and working within a supportive, well-structured team.

4-day working week (full-time)

1 in 4 weekends

9-hour shifts with protected daily admin time

Mix of consulting and surgical duties

Flexible working patterns considered

The ideal candidate

3+ years experience in small animal practice

Strong general practice and clinical decision-making skills

Excellent communication and teamwork

Passion for preventive care and pet wellbeing
